Make decisions before renovation
Where will the dining table go? Is there enough storage? Can two people cook comfortably? These everyday questions shape a good interior. At the first meeting we discuss how you live, what you like and the budget for finishes and furniture.
We work with apartments, private houses and commercial premises. In a new property, the layout and building services need early attention. For an existing interior, we first consider what can stay and which changes will make a difference.

From design to work on site
We agree the brief and layout first, then develop the visual concept and documentation. Key decisions are reviewed in stages. The drawing list, number of options and revision process are agreed before work begins.
After the design is handed over, you can add design supervision or furnishing and sourcing. Plans for a smart home are best discussed alongside lighting and electrical layouts.
What affects the cost
Cost depends on floor area, the condition of the property and the project scope. An apartment with an established layout and a multi-level house involve different amounts of work. Drawing detail and bespoke furniture also affect the estimate.
Send a floor plan, approximate area and a few images you like. If plans are not available, start with a description of the property. We will discuss a suitable scope and prepare a proposal based on that information.
