Plan the work before starting on site
A new-build shell and an apartment with existing finishes need different approaches. One may need building services first; another may require parts of the interior to be retained. Reviewing the property and its constraints comes before pricing.
We help organise renovation of residential and commercial premises with partner contractors. The team is selected for the brief. For a new private house, the project stage and construction scope are discussed separately rather than priced as a standard apartment refurbishment.

What to agree before renovation
The proposal separates labour, materials and equipment. We establish who orders items, receives deliveries and approves substitutions. If work reveals conditions that were not visible during the initial review, changes to scope are discussed before proceeding.
An interior design project helps coordinate dimensions, finishes and services in advance. Design supervision can be added separately. Discuss smart-home systems before cable installation where possible.
What affects the cost
The estimate depends on substrate condition, area, removal work, building services and finishes. Two properties of the same size can need different budgets. Timing also depends on work sequence and deliveries and is discussed once the scope is understood.
For an initial discussion, share a plan, photographs and the result you want. Mention whether the property will be vacant and any access or noise restrictions. Detailed scope and pricing are confirmed after reviewing the site.
